Monster Hunter was an original idea and I hate seeing other games copying it.
It looks like a pretty good game. I’m a MH fan but if a game is similar to MH I’m sure it’ll be fun =)
@leekiba21 how is he dumb he kinda has a point u cant make a copy of the game but try to get as close as possible but in doing so ppl who like the original game (monster hunter in this case) think its all a rip off and fails (in some cases)

No, this a blatant display of a lack of effort. I won’t judge the final product based on this, but the trailer is horrible.
this looks like a midgame boss, it has ridiculously huge openings, and is easy as hell to stun too.

monster hunter is like the psp version of call of duty, many try to copy it, but many fail, I’m hoping this isnt one of them.

@DexwardCuxann fair enough about the artists but they are still using elements from the FF series, the most obvious one being Bahamut. I suppose it isnt killing the name directly but in my opinion it’ll leave a bad aftertaste if you get what I mean
@AtaraxiaMedia Uh, how did it destroy the FF series name when it isn’t even FF? Also, the monster designs are not made by SE but various artists, which is kinda like Lord of Vermilion. Blame the artist who drew Bahamut that way.

MH is good. But i prefer this one since it seems much more fast paced. MH is a more slow paced game.

They completely copied Monster Hunter, made a crap version of it, AND destroyed the FF series name with this 1 minute 29 second video. I mean, seriously, kudos Square. You could of at least made Bahamut bigger and what it was intended to be, BAD ASS.
Monster Hunter is way better once you get past the “slow” part..
